Bose x AMP Packaging Design
OBJECTIVE
Bose is partnering with AMP, a creator collective rooted in gaming, music, sports, and culture, to launch a custom SoundLink Plus speaker. The packaging should capture the bold identities of both brands, resonate with a young, diverse audience, and feel distinctly “AMP” through branded elements and color. It must also reflect the premium nature of the collaboration and its exclusive availability on Bose.xx.

A design approach as bold as they are, this package design approach creates a split world that really leans into the AMP lighting bolt design element in a bold way. The partnership is highlighted in the split black and yellow sections of the box for a fun opportunity to show design elements in reverse tones.

Inspired by their merchandise, this package design approach is an elegant solution to allow the product yellow to remain a reveal upon opening the box. Using a purely black and white approach on the exterior, we’ve designed a black on black fold over design that elevates and highlights this partnership in a luxe way, yet alludes to the angled logo graphic being utilized on the product grille.
