Sex Is Ugly and Sex Is for Ugly People

Accompanying Soundtrack: Skin on Skin by Queens of the Stone AgeBecause it is skin on skin, breath to breath, the grinding of bone and muscle. Sex is a shedding of grace, the composure we wear at the surface.

It is for ugly people, not because beautiful people don’t do it, but because sex is the great equalizer. It strips away filters, poise, and control. In sex, everyone becomes grotesque in the same way. Writhing, desperate, and exposed.

And yet, we crave it because it reminds us that we are animals first. Just flesh and instincts. Ugly, raw, and real.
